seatem

Case Number: 2354TAMU06

Description
TAMUS 2354 -SEATEM- This invention pertains to 3-D finite element analysis of marine controlled-source electromagnetic data. The software program seatem uses a 3-D finite element approach for the purposes of modeling marine controlled-source electromagnetic data acquired in connection with offshore petroleum exploration in shallow waters. The code is fully developed for moderate frequencies such that the transmitter-receiver range is equivalent to a few skin depths within the seabed. Seatem is currently in use by the world leader in the Oil & Gas service industry. Seatem licenses are available on a non exclusive basis.
